Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, log in to your account and visit your Order History page. Eligible orders can be returned directly through the self-service returns portal. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We want you to love your Just Because Clothier order. If something does not work out, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label, when applicable
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Swimwear
- Intimates/lingerie
- Bodysuits
- Jewelry
- Beauty items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins based on the delivery date of the item you would like to return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing after the return has been received. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved.
